Shipping Policy When you purchase from Gazaur, we will charge you the exact shipping amount. There will be no other hidden cost. After we received your order, we will calculate the exact shipping cost and send you the invoice with the total amount within 24 hours.
General model accessories or small order, we will send it by express mail service through post office. Big scale model plane set or large quantities, we could deliver the goods by special delivery, or discuss with customers to fit their requires. After you received your invoice, there will be a list of different shipping method you can choose with the exact shipping price. Please let us know what kind of shipping your want otherwise all order will be shipped by Postal Express Mail by default.Delivery Schedule Most product showed on the web site Gazaur always has sufficient goods kept in stock to satisfy customers' order. Generally when customer's order and payment has been confirmed, customers will received their order in 5-18 working days. During the process Gazaur will send all the delivery information and provide a reference number for customer to trace their order at anytime. Return Policy Are any damages or parts missing when you received your order from Gazaur, there are 30 days for customers to report to us, and we will change the damaged products or send the missing parts. However, the case will not be accepted if the products were damaged by inappropriate use or carelessness. To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. Our staff will contact with you when we received your report.
You must contact us for a return authorization number, returns sent COD will not be accepted.
If, by error, we have sent you a product which was not what you had ordered, we will be happy to replace the item for you. You must contact us for a return authorization number and we will provide shipping instructions for you. We shall reimburse you the cost of shipping only if returned as per our instructions and send out the proper item with no additional shipping charge. The item being returned must be in new, unused, unopened condition, and in the original packaging. Do not use or open a product if it is not what you had ordered unless you intend to keep the product anyway.
If you receive a product which you are not satisfied with, you may return the product within 15 days from date you received it for a full refund or credit to an alternate purchase provided the product has been unused, is in its original packaging, and is otherwise in totally resalable condition. The only exception to this is batteries and any specially ordered items.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise, which are unable to be processed for a return.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded, as the customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our location of choice. Damaged Merchandise If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately and we will take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged in shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return. Defective Merchandise If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments, however, some manufacturers prefer handling defects directly. Defects found after the product is in use always fall under the manufacturer's warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you. Lost Boxes If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please contact us with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier. Missing Parts Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate. In accordance with a manufacturer's request, we may direct the information or your call directly to the manufacturer.
